ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by the order dated 13.2.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 42940 of 2013 in which one of the conditions was that an affidavit would be filed on his behalf that he has fair antecedent, but, since there is another case pending against the Petitioner, such an affidavit could not be filed and hence, the second application for anticipatory bail. Since second application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable, the application is disposed off with a direction to the Petitioner to appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif, in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case no. 141 of 2013 which shall consider the fact that the Petitioner was found fit to be released on anticipatory bail on merit by this Court earlier
