It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during the pendency of the present case, the petitioner was arrested in another case.

Since the petitioner is in judicial custody, the present anticipatory bail filed on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Chhauradano (Mahuawa) P.S. Case No. 77 of 2017, G.R. No. 389 of 2017, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul, Motihari, East Champaran, has become infructuous. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of as being infructuous.
