ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 29.1.2015.

In the nature of dispute between the Parties, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 but none appears on her behalf.

Considering the merits of the case, Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 29.1.2015 passed by this Court, in connection with Complaint Case No. C.A. 4870 of 2012 pending before Sri S. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea, is hereby confirmed on the same terms.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31424 of 2014 (3) dt.20-05-2015 2/2 The amount of Rs.750/- (Seven hundred fifty) as directed by this Court vide order dated 29.1.2015 is increased to Rs.1,000/- per month.
