Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the daughter-in-law of the petitioner married a year back was found killed by throttling. Submission is that the petitioner is father-in-law who is 70 years of age and the husband is already in custody. Having considered the nature of the allegation, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Bisheshwer Yadav @ Maneger Yadav in connection with Harlakhi P.S.
