ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by the order dated 28.3.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 6237 of 2014 in which one of the conditions was that an affidavit would be filed on behalf of the Petitioner that he has fair antecedents, but, since he has accused in two other cases, such an affidavit could not be filed. Hence this application.

Since this second application for anticipatory bail filed on behalf of the Petitioner is not maintainable, the same is rejected.

However, the Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 403 of 2013 and seek

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32388 of 2014 (2) dt.20-05-2015 2/2 regular bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 403 of 2013.
