====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 15-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 211 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Sections 302,12B/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. In the written report the informant alleged that deceased Punit Yadav had performed love marriage with her on 6.12.2016. The family members of the informant did not like the alleged marriage because it was inter-caste marriage. The husband of the informant (since deceased) has been killed by the accused persons as named in the written report. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no relationship with the informant and the deceased. He has no concern with affairs between informant and the deceased. He is

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is in custody since 3.9.2018 having clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Bihariganj P.S.
