ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.63 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is, admittedly, dispute between the parties and there is a case and counter case. It appears that the petitioner no.1 is said to have inflicted Farsa blow. However, the nature of injury is of hard and blunt substance and there is also delay in lodging the

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Laheriasarai P.S.
