The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 373 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The co-accused has been granted bail by the lower Court on 27.10.2018 in B.P. No. 543 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there are no prior antecedents and another case was slapped on the applicant on the very same day when he was arrested. Subject to confirmation of his previous antecedents by the concerned Magistrate at the time of release, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail/bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
