The Petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the order dated 20.3.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 3534 of 2014 in which one of the conditions was that an affidavit would be filed on their behalf that they have fair antecedents, but, since the Petitioners were accused in another case, such an affidavit could not be filed and hence, the second application for anticipatory bail. Considering that a second application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable, the same is disposed off with a direction to the Petitioner to appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bettiah (M) P.S. Case No. 495 of 2012 which shall consider the fact that the
