Patna High Court MJC No.681 of 2022(3) dt.04-01-2024 2/2 non-compliance of the order dated 07.01.2022 passed in CWJC No. 11709 of 2021 read with petitioners' representation dated 17.01.2022. The concerned authority has passed order dated 23.05.2022 and it is not being satisfied by the petitioners.

2. Be that as it may, the only direction of this Court is to consider the petitioners' representation. If the petitioners are not satisfied with the order, they have to invoke appropriate remedy before appropriate forum. In other words, in contempt matter, merit cannot be agitated.

3. Accordingly, the present MJC application stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioners to assail the order dated 23.05.2022 in accordance with law before appropriate forum.
