The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 76 of 2017 registered under Sections 414 and 420 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., UdaKishunganj, Madhepura. Submission is that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.
Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that there is sufficient material against the petitioner in the several paragraphs of the case diary, which show the involvement of the petitioner in the present case.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41222 of 2017 (4) dt.21-12-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
