2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 363, 511, 341, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 15 of 2019.

3. At the very outset learned APP submits that the offences alleged as aforesaid are bailable in nature and hence, the anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable.
