ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was refused anticipatory bail by the order dated 28.3.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 3285 of 2014, whereafter, this second application for anticipatory bail. Considering that the second application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable, it is dismissed as such. The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P.S.
