The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 43 of 2017 for the offences registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the fact that the petitioner is alleged to have called one of the persons who were present at the place of occurrence and has no specific role to play and also the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two
