Deceased, Sunita Devi whose marriage was solemnized about nine years ago with Subodh Sah, was persistently tortured and subsequently, done to death by the accused persons in the background of the fact that she had begotten two daughters consecutively, by way of administering poison.
Husband is under custody. Petitioner No.2 is married Nanad whose presence at her Naihar is seldom found, while petitioner no.1, Ram Dulari Devi happens to be mother-in-law whose presence, in the background of such a long period of marital status, also becomes doubtful.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33194 of 2014 (4) dt.20-05-2015 Accordingly, petitioners, Ram Dulari Devi and Veena Devi, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj PS Case No.133/2012, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
