Heard the parties.

The petitioner is the wife of the opposite party, namely, Santosh Kumar Keshari who has filed this application for transfer of Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 316/2017 from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna or any competent Court at Patna. The petitioner is a young lady dependent upon her old and ailing parents. It is causing much inconvenience to her to travel to Bhagalpur from Patna to contest the matrimonial case along with her girl children.

Patna High Court MJC No.1303 of 2019(9) dt.16-08-2022 2/2 Considering the facts of the case, the Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 316/2017 is directed to be transferred from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur to Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna.

After transfer of the case in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, the Principal Judge, Patna, will issue notice to both the parties and, thereafter, the proceeding will continue in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is allowed.

Let a copy of the order be communicated to the learned District Judge, Bhagalpur as well as learned District Judge, Patna.
