=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-08-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 30.8.2005 passed in Case No.674 of 2002 (Tr.No.14 of 2003) by which the Executive Magistrate-cum-B.D.O, Gopalpur Block, Naugachiya has dropped the proceeding under section 145 Cr.P.C. Considering that these provisions are only for an emergent situation, it is not proper for this court to adjudicate as to whether breach of peace is still apprehended even after 13 year. Hence, I am not inclined to interfere with the order impugned. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with liberty to the parties to approach appropriate forum for redressal of their grievances.
