The petitioners are in custody in connection with Special Case No. 11082 of 2018 arising out of Fatuha P.S. Case No. 707 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Referring to the prosecution case he submits that in the instant case 23.400 Mahua liquor was seized from the joint possession of the petitioners. Case No. 707 of 2018.
