JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-04-2023 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 20.11.2018 passed in CWJC No. 15384 of 2016 to the extent that the petitioner be granted liberty to file appropriate petition before the Appellate Authority, Kishanganj instead of the Appellate Authority, Hajipur inasmuch as on account of inadvertence, the petitioner had depicted the respondents no. 3 to 5, in the main writ petition, to be the officials of Vaishali at Hajipur instead of Kishanganj.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to modify the order dated 20.11.2018 passed in CWJC No. 15384 of 2016 to the extent that now the petitioner would be at liberty to move the District Education Appointment Appellate Authority, Kishanganj.

The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
