ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No.63 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

A perusal of the complaint petition reveals that it was the husband of the deceased girl who had been making demand of locket and Rs.2,00,000/-. The allegation against these petitioners is general and omnibus.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and

No.27794 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 the State and considering the omnibus allegation made against the present petitioners, who are father-in-law, brothers-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased lady, let all the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur, in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No.63 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
