JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khaira P.S.Case No. 148 of 2015 registered under Sections 307, 323, 341,342 and 504/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting the brother of the informant by axe and there is allegation against other accused is of assaulting to the sister of the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case in between the parties and though injury is said to be grievous in nature but injury report shows that those injuries are skin deep.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, abovenamed,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77608 of 2018(3) dt.12-04-2019 2/2 in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Sumit Kr. Singh, J.M. 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 148 of 2015; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
