The Petitioner seeks part revision of the Judgment dated 23.6.2005 by which the Additional Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua in Sessions Trial No. 679 of 2012/4 of 2005 acquitted the Private Opposite Parties under Section 302/149 of the Indian Penal Code. Having gone through the impugned judgment, I find that it was for good reasons that they were acquitted under the said charges and, hence, finding no merit in the application, the same is dismissed.
