JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Begusarai Town (Lohiyanagar) P.S. Case No. 242 of 2016 registered under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Prashant Kumar @ Prashan Kumar, Hamid Hussain Khan and Raghubansh Kumar have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 30742 of 2016, 48459 of 2016 and 51484 of 2016 respectively, as detailed in Annexure Nos. 3, 4 and 4/A to the bail application.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29333 of 2017 (3) dt.30-08-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town (Lohiyanagar) P.S. Case No. 242 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
