The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nimachandpura P.S.Case No.52 of 2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner as per F.I.R. is of firing on the informant, who has received injuries and there is allegation against the other co-accused persons of firing on the deceased.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody for one year and other co-accused persons, have been acquitted in this case. It is also submitted that in the whole case diary, no any witness has stated about this

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact the petitioner is a lady and she is in custody for about ten months, as such, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Begusarai in connection with Sesisons Trial No.236 of 2017 arising out of Neemachandpura P.S.Case No.52 of 2015.

With following conditions :

(i) One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.

(ii) The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.

(iii) The petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make herself available as and when required by the court and on the event of failure on her part to appear before the court below on two consecutive dates without showing any genuine reason, otherwise, her bail bond shall be cancelled.
