2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 648 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the backdrop of land dispute and despite decision in Panchayati, the informant's side was insisting on ploughing the land of the petitioners. In the ensuing scuffle, the informant's brother Amit Kumar has sustained some injuries.

4. Learned APP refers to paragraph 21 of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24232 of 2019(3) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 diary containing the injury report of the informant's mother, showing four injuries including one injury on the head and another grievous injury.

5. Having regard to the nature of the accusations, gravity of the offence alleged as well as grievous nature of injury sustained by the informant's mother, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
