JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 27-08-2018 This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 17.6. 2016 passed by Sub Judge Vcum- cum ACJM-IV, Begusarai in Matihani P.S. case no. 21 of 2013 by which the learned Magistrate has rejected the discharge petition filed under Section 239 of the Cr. P.C. on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that now, charge has already been framed and trial is proceeding. In view of such, he seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

Accordingly, this Cr. Misc. petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned court below is directed to expedite the trial
