Having regard to the explanation given in the showcause reply and supplementary show-cause reply which would only explain that the opposite parties were not in a position to comply the order of this Court on account of certain interim order or final order passed by this Court in a series of writ applications relating to reservation in the matter of promotion, this Court would

Patna High Court MJC No.155 of 2014 (3) dt.20-05-2015 not find the opposite parties in contempt.

That being so, this contempt application is disposed of with an observation that if the cloud on the issue of reservation in promotion will clear up, the case of the petitioner for promotion shall be considered in accordance with law.

With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
