ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-07-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the order dated 30.7.2005, by which 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in Criminal Revision No.558 of 1986 has set aside the order dated 12.9.1986 passed by the Executive Magistrate, Sasaram in Case No.93M of 1983 and remitted the matter back to proceed in accordance with law.

Considering that the impugned order was merely one of remand and the proceeding is of the year 1983, I do not find any reason for interference.
