This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification in the order dated 26.10.2010 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 18318 of 2010 by a Bench of this court with regard to extend the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 26.10.2010 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 18318 of 2010, the petitioner was granted bail, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 17 of 2005, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. But the petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for extension of period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the period of surrender of the petitioner in connection with the aforesaid case in the court below is further extended for four weeks from today and this application is, accordingly, allowed with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 26.10.2010 passed in Criminal Misc.
