In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the I.P.C.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R wherein it has been alleged that the F.I.R. named accused persons took away husband of the informant and all of them took drink and when her husband became unconscious co-accused Subodh Mahto sprinkled sprit on his body causing burn injury, but during investigation in further statement of the informant name of petitioner has come that he was also present there.

Submission is of false implication and that the matter

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50613 of 2014 (3) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 has been compromised and the compromise petition has also been filed which is on the record, to which the learned A.P.P. does not dispute.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner in case of his arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. C.J.M. Begusarai in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 186 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
