This writ petitioner has been filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction to the respondent concern to regularize the service of the petitioner on the sanctioned and vacant post of 4th Grade employee in Harihar Sah College, Udaikishunganj, District-Madhepura a constituent unit of B.N. Mandal University, where he has been working in the said service science October, 2004 till date on fixed payment of Rs.2,500/- per month and further prayer is that till regularization, his fixed salary be enhanced as per Minimum

Considering the relief(s) prayed in the writ petition, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the Respondent No.3 along with all supporting documents within a period of two weeks and the Respondent No.3 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within one months thereafter, considering the judgments rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the cases of Shripal & Anr. vs. Nagar Nigam, Ghaziabad (Civil Appeal No.8157 of 2024) and Jaggo vs. Union of India (UOI) & Ors. and Anita and Ors. vs. Union of India (UOI) & Ors. [Civil Appeal No.14831 of 2024 (Arising out of SLP (C) No.5580 of 2024) and Civil Appeal No.14832 of 2024 (Arising out of SLP (C) No.11086 of 2024].
