The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Teghra P.S. Case No. 69 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that his grand daughter was enticed by this petitioner who was studying with Samta Kumari in a school.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant suspected the hands of the petitioner as the petitioner happens to be friend of the victim, but there is no material on record to show that the petitioner is involved in kidnapping. The witnesses in para 14 and 15 of the case diary have stated that the petitioner has got no hand in kidnapping of the victim.

No.49183 of 2014 (3) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 It appears from the case diary that the informant and other witnesses have stated that the victim happens to be a friend of the petitioner and she was studying with the petitioner. The petitioner took the victim with her, but victim is still traceless. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
