This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before me orders of this Court whereby four accused persons with similar allegation have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail vide dated 22.01.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 30734 of 2014, dated 20.02.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 7165 of 2015 and dated 22.09.2014 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 24028 of 2014.
In view of the submission as above, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48202 of 2014 (2) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Navgachia in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No. 277 of 2012, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
