Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 426, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that on petty issue of throwing cow dung petitioners alleged to have assaulted with lathi and iron rod causing injury to the informant.
It is submitted that the allegation of assault is general and omnibus; only one apparent injury was found on the person of the informant over the head i.e. simple in nature whereas rest other accused persons were granted anticipatory bail by the court below having similar allegation.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, Dharmendra Yadav and Shashi Yadav @ Shashi Ranjan Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No.72 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arun Kumar, J) N.H./- U T
