The Petitioners seek Revision of the Judgment dated 15.6.2005 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No. 1, Samastipur, in Sessions Trial No. 74 of 1999/174 of 2003 by which he has convicted the Petitioners. Having gone through the impugned Judgment, I do not find any error and, hence, the application stands dismissed. However, in the facts of the case, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by him. With aforesaid modification, the application stands
