The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaya Mufassil P.S. Case No. 23 of 2020 dated 21.01.2020 instituted for offence under Sections 22(e), 3, 5, 13 of Mahua Flower Act 2006 and Section 30 (c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner and taking into account his period of custody, which is from 22.01.2020, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25901 of 2020(2) dt.12-10-2020 2/2 Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Gaya Mufassil P.S. Case No. 23 of 2020 . While passing this order, the Court has also taken note of the fact that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.
