Patna High Court CWJC No.6066 of 2025(12) dt.21-04-2026 2/2 order dated 15.04.2026 the policy name has inadvertently been typed as 'the Exit Policy' in place of 'the Amnesty Policy'.

3. Let the policy name be read in the aforesaid order as 'the Amnesty Policy'.

4. The order dated 15.04.2026 is modified to the extent indicated above.
