Petitioner seeks bail in Khaira P.S. Case No.50 of 2012 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 427, 435, 120-B, 379 Indian Penal Code, Section 3⁄4 of Explosives Substance Act and Sections 10, 13 and 16 of UACP Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is in custody since 05.12.2017. The Informant has named total 56 persons including this petitioner. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of the petitioner. It is mentioned in the written report that informant got knowledge of name of the petitioner along with other accused through spy.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.50 of 2012, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
