2. The matter has been listed during the Annual Vacation with prior notice to learned counsel that if they do not want the matter to be taken up during the Annual Vacation, a slip to such effect be filed. In the present case, the Court does not find any such slip on record.

3. Learned counsel for the Accountant General

Patna High Court CWJC No.16305 of 2015 dt.25-05-2017 2/2 submitted that as per the counter affidavit, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. He further submitted that copy of the counter affidavit has been served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 30.11.2016 itself. Learned counsel for the Accountant General and the State submitted that they have not received any rejoinder and the same is also not available on record of the case.

4. In view thereof, the Court can only presume that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
