JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-10-2024 At the outset, Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition so far as petitioner no. 2 & 3 are concerned.

2. Permission is granted.

3. The writ petition, in respect of petitioner no. 2 & 3, stands dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Learned counsel for the sole petitioner i.e. petitioner no. 1 requests for disposal of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation annexing

Patna High Court CWJC No.5482 of 2023(2) dt.30-10-2024 2/2 relevant documents before the respondent no. 4 / District Programme Officer (Establishment), Khagaria within a period of six weeks from today.

5. If such representation is filed within stipulated time, the concerned respondent shall examine the same and pass a reasoned & speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

6. In view of aforesaid fact, the writ petition, in respect of petitioner no. 1, stands disposed of with liberty, as indicated above.
