Petitioner seeks bail in Palasi P.S. Case No.411 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

According to the prosecution case, 90 litres of Nepali liquor was recovered from the shop of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 16.03.2020. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about five months for recovery of 90 litres of Nepali liquor.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Araria in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21381 of 2020(2) dt.13-08-2020 2/2 connection with Special Case No.60 of 2020 arising out of Palasi P.S. Case No.411 of 2019.
