2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 01.12.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 40240 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Considering the fact that the parties have settled their dispute and Tata Motors has no grievance against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27126 of 2024(2) dt.03-04-2024 2/2 petitioner, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-X, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2022.
