Vide order dated 14.11.2022 it has been directed to the University to file counter affidavit as well as to make payment of all the admissible dues to the petitioner, failing which appropriate order would be passed against the erring officials.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was working on the post of maid servant (Class-IV employee) who

In the counter affidavit a detailed calculation chart has been made by the University and submits that according to the admissible dues total Rs.5,84,274/- is payable to the petitioner. Counsel submits that the said amount shall be paid to the petitioner within six weeks from today. Counsel for University submits that University is ready to pay the said amount after receiving money from the State Government.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is Class-IV employee and she is in urgent need of money. In this background, University is directed to make the admissible dues to the petitioner as mentioned above within six weeks from today.

If the said amount shall not be paid to the petitioner within six weeks from today, 9% interest shall be charged upon the admissible dues.
