The Petitioners seek revision of the Judgment of acquittal dated 24.2.2005 passed by the Additional Sessions judge, Fast Track Court No. 1, Bhagalpur, in Sessions Trial No. 385 of 1989/81 of 2004. Having perused the impugned Judgment, I am unable to find any irregularity or perversity.

Hence, the application stands dismissed.
