The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Riga P.S. Case No. 92 of 2014 registered under Sections 420, 379 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the complaint which was later treated as First Information Report that at the inducement of the petitioner, the informant signed a paper which was later converted into an agreement for sale in respect of part of the property of the petitioner in the Bazar. On the plea of getting loan for construction thereover, the petitioner got stamped paper(s) signed by him.
It is submitted that in fact, the informant has agreed to sell the land and later dishonestly filed the case. The photo

No.34735 of 2016 (4) dt.17-06-2016 copy of the certified copy of the order of the learned court below dated 21.07.2016 has been produced by the petitioner in order to submit that subsequently the matter has been resolved amicably between the parties and application has been filed in the court seeking permission to compound the case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The photo copy so produced is retained on the file marked "X" for identification.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Sitamarhi in Riga P.S. Case No. 92 of 2014 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2), the code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that one of the bailors shall be his own/close family member. The petitioner shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial. In case of default in appearance on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall have liberty to cancel his bail bonds.
