Petitioners are accused in connection with Alamnagar (Ratwara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 89 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in short, is that while the son of the informant was at this house, the accused persons variously armed came and assaulted him due to which he sustained injuries.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79064 of 2018(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 petitioners. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that other co-accused have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1995 of 2019 and the case of the petitioners is also on similar footing. They are languishing in custody since 29.09.2018. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Alamnagar (Ratwara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 89 of 2018.
