====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are in custody since 01.08.2019 in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 738 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 343/346/ 366/368/372/373/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/5/6 of the Immoral Trafficking Act, 1956.

It is a case of immoral trafficking and it is alleged that these petitioners along with other co-accused persons used to supply minor girls for the purpose of prostitution and victims were lured to the profession either by threat or by persuasion. It is submitted that the petitioners are innocents and all the victims were also recovered. Petitioners are lady and are in custody since 01.08.2019 and these petitioners have got no criminal antecedents as stated in paragraph No. 3 of the petition.

Let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna, in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 738/2019.
