1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that petitioner acquired appointment as Prakhand Teacher based on forged marksheet.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that the present F.I.R. came to be instituted based on an enquiry. It is next submitted that had an opportunity
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28726 of 2023(2) dt.25-07-2023 2/2 been given to the petitioner before instituting the FIR perhaps the present F.I.R. wold not have been instituted .
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below withing a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
