JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH) 21-03-2022 It is the petitioner's case that pursuant to an application for grant of license to run a P.D.S. shop under Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 (for short 'the Control Order, 2016') filed by the petitioner, a license has though been prepared by the office of the Licensing Authority, the same is not being issued to him.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has drawn our attention to a representation dated 03.03.2020, filed by the petitioner before the Sub-Divisional

Patna High Court CWJC No.11041 of 2021(3) dt.21-03-2022 2/2 Officer-cum-Licensing Authority, Banka (Respondent No.3) for issuance of the license.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ application with a direction to the Sub Divisional Officer-cum-Licensing Authority (Respondent No.3) to consider the petitioner' claim and decide his representation within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall be at liberty to enclose a fresh representation along with copy of this order.
