ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rudrapur P.S. Case No.68 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354B, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that it is alleged that he had attacked the informant, yet no injury of the nature is said to have been found on the person of the informant. It is further submitted that other injuries are said to have been caused by other persons and not by this petitioner. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of
